Huw is a really engaging and entertaining speaker. I saw him on stage in the Base Camp at Kendal Mountain Festival in 2017 and an hour flew by. It was an open area in a huge marquee with loads of exhibition stands around the edge of the tent.  Consequently, when Huw started, there were people milling around all over the place, but not that many sitting down in front of the stage. But soon, all the seats were taken and a lot of those folk who had been browsing the stands had also stopped to watch and listen to Huw. He successfully delivered a combination of genuine insights into the world oftrail/fell/ultra-running and self-deprecating tales of his own experiences, all illustrated with some great footage and images. There were plenty of laugh out loud moments, but Huw’s presentation never descended into farce and everyone in the room knew that this was a man who could talk the talk on the back of walking the walk (well, running the run). Huw comes highly recommended, by me at least!”

“We recently worked with Huw at Kendal Mountain Film Festival where he took to the stage and captivated a large crowd with his inspiring stories and tales of adventure. He’s such a funny guy and someone who people can really relate to in so many different ways. We’re proud to say he’s become a really good friend of the brand.”
